Increasing demand and the global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Are there any shipping delays?

Here are the approximate delays you can expect in addition to the estimated delivery times indicated on our Shipping page:

Shipping from USA

US to US → 5 additional bus. days
US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days

Shipping from Europe

EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days
EU (Riga) to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
EU (Barcelona) to Spain → no delays
EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days
EU to The rest of EUR → 20 additional bus. days
EU to Worldwide → 30 additional bus. days

Because of delays, our fulfillment partners are routing US, Canadian, and Australian orders to Europe (EU) only when it's a product that they can't fulfill in the US.

Our fulfillment partners are in touch with carriers and they'll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

Are there any countries you don't ship to because of Covid-19? (Updated November 6, 2020)

Our fulfillment partners are not currently shipping to the following countries:

Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

They suspect this is temporary.

Our fulfillment partners carriers will let us know when service will resume, or whether there are more disruptions.

Is it safe to receive packages from areas where Covid-19 has been reported?

This is what the World Health Organization recommends:

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
