Increasing demand and the global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Thank you for your patience.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for all your support while we weather the storm. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe.

Are there any shipping delays?

Our store is also impacted by the industry-wide delays.

Carriers worldwide are doing their best to work under the new normal. Shipments are taking longer than what we're used to because they're mostly carried out with passenger flights, but flights are now limited and the number of shipments is growing.  

This means more and more packages are competing for the limited amount of space on flights and are kept in sorting centers longer than before. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line which may give the impression that they're lost in transit.

Our fulfillment partners are in touch with carriers and they'll notify us of any disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

2. Get in touch with us. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. Reach us via Contact Us page or email us at shop@trinijunglejuice.com.

Are there any countries you don't ship to because of Covid-19?

Our fulfillment partners are not currently shipping to the following countries:

Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

They suspect this is temporary.

Our fulfillment partners carriers will let us know when service will resume, or whether there are more disruptions.

Note: In general, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Is it safe to receive packages from areas where Covid-19 has been reported?

This is what the World Health Organization recommends:

Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
