Each product you see in our store is made on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but fulfilling each order once placed allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we're all part of the sustainable fashion movement.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT), given during the Check Out process, is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:

Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for all production techniques. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us, we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

What will Shipping & Handling cost?

Our shipping rates are carrier-calculated real-time rates based on the Ship To address and items in your shopping cart. We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that's been selected and the end-address. You'll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.

Shipping options:

  • Standard / Flat Rate (3-4 business days in the US, 6-12 business days in Canada, 10-45 business days internationally)
  • Overnight (next business day delivery in the US)
  • Express (1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)

All orders shipping with the Overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system. For international shipments, orders with the Express shipping method will be marked as priority.

Note: Some shipping methods will show up for specific orders. For example, overnight shipping is only available for orders going to an address in the US. Similarly, express or standard shipping may not be available for all destinations. Only the methods available for the particular address will show up at the checkout.

Worldwide / Caribbean Orders

If your ship to / end-address falls under our Worldwide shipping region, which includes the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Grenada, Barbados, Antigua, Dominica, Martinique, Guadeloupe etc.) AND Express shipping method is not available for the particular address at the checkout, we recommend using SkyBOX, Web Source, Jet Box International, MailPac, Pakya or similar service, where we ship your order to a US or Europe address and they route to you. This will be a much faster option to receive your orders as opposed to using our Standard/Flat Rate shipping option which uses local postal services.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping across the world. You can find a list of countries we ship to below.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with fulfillment partners in the USA, Canada, Europe and UK who have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are and which items you order, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

We also work with partner facilities to fulfill and ship orders locally in Australia and Japan for a limited number of products.

In general, US orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facilities in the US, and Europe orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facilities in Europe, pending all items for the order are stocked and available in the respective location.

Currently, our fulfillment partners have six (6) separate shipping regions. Each shipping region has its own rates and destinations they apply to.

  • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as our fulfillment partners doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don't offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen (see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage).

The above lists of countries may change periodically.

Will I be charged Customs fee for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product(s) itself. You, the customer, are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency.

We are not responsible for these fees and any delay this may cause in delivery of your order.

Please be aware that orders to Canada are potentially subject to duty and/or taxes with few exceptions. The CBSA collects provincial sales taxes (PST) and Harmonized Sales Taxes (HST) according to the province of residence on most taxable imports valued at over $20CAD. How does Brexit affect the UK's VAT?

The UK left the EU on January 31, 2020 and was given a transition period until December 31, 2020. Therefore, as of January 1st, 2021, the way VAT is charged in the UK will change.

  1. All orders fulfilled and then shipped within the UK have 20% VAT applied.
  2. For orders fulfilled outside of the UK, but shipped to an end address in the UK:
    • If your total order amount (product price excluding shipping) is less than 135 GBP, VAT rate is included for orders going to the UK.
    • If your total order amount is more than 135 GBP, VAT and customs duties will be payable and customs declarations will need to be made at the border.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

For Caribbean orders, we ask customers to wait an additional thirty (30) business days (not including weekend days or federal holidays) after the latest estimate delivery date. If the tracking information has updated its progress before that last date, it is likely the package will still be delivered and is not lost. If you have not received your package by this time frame without another update from the shipping carrier in tracking information, please let us know. We will then look into other available options at that point.
